Delivery 

The courier service is a door-to-door service, which means that our couriers deliver packages to the customer’s apartment door. However, due to the spread of the coronavirus, we have decided to offer the customer the opportunity to receive the package outdoors if they wish. This means that before arriving at the customer, the courier asks by phone whether the customer wants the package to be brought to the apartment door or prefers to come out.
