General terms and conditions of the Eurolink OÜ e-shop. Privacy Policy Terms.

  1. Scope and validity of the terms

1.1 These general and ordering terms and conditions of EUROLINK OÜ (from now on referred to as the Seller) e-shop (from now on referred to as the terms and conditions) apply to all persons (from now on the Buyer) who use the www.eurolink.ee e-shop (from now on the e-shop), who order goods and services (from now on goods) from the e-shop, including entering into a purchase-sale agreement (from now on sales agreement) in order to purchase of goods from the e-store.

By accepting the terms, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read the sales contract terms, agrees with them, and complies with them.

  1. Completion of the order in the e-shop

2.1 Press the button “Add to Cart” to purchase the goods from our e-shop. The price of the goods and the availability of the goods may change continuously and without prior notice. If the Buyer has placed an order before the cost of the goods has changed, the currently valid price of the order will be applied.

2.2 The Seller has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded through the e-store and not deliver the ordered goods or not provide the service in the following cases: the goods are out of stock; it is a product with the status “pre order ” in the e-store, which is out of stock; the price or characteristics of the goods have been displayed incorrectly in the e-shop due to a system error.

2.3 Shopping basket and ordering

It is possible to change the quantity of goods in the shopping cart and to select additional products and services compatible with the selected goods. To order the goods, select the appropriate delivery method. Information about the delivery method is requested on the order form page. Familiarize yourself with the purchase conditions of the e-store, and if you agree, confirm it by ticking the conditions.

Enter buyer information. Select the delivery method and press the “Next” button. You will be presented with a choice of payment method to confirm the order and complete the purchase. Choose the appropriate payment method and confirm the order.

The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded after the confirmation of the order if the amount to be paid had been received in the current account of Eurolink OÜ. Unpaid orders will be cancelled.

2.4 Payment for goods

It is possible to pay for the products: via the internet bank (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, COOP, Luminor, Citadele or via credit card Bank Banking links).

After making the payment, the e-shop will send you an Order Confirmation and an invoice. The Eurolink e-shop and making purchases are treated as confidential information. The encrypted data communication line with the banks ensures the security of the Buyer’s personal data and bank account information. EUROLINK OÜ representatives do not have access to the corresponding encrypted data.

2.5 Delivery and Handover of Products

The goods are delivered to the delivery address entered by the Buyer in the order or to the nearest SmartPost parcel terminal. The Buyer will be notified of the delivery based on the contact information specified when placing the order.

Please make sure that the contact details entered when placing the order are correct to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the Goods. EUROLINK OÜ and the courier company are not responsible for delivery delays and misunderstandings if they are caused by the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by you when placing the order.

When receiving the goods, carefully check the packaging. Make a corresponding note on the delivery note in case of a damaged package. In case of broken packaging, the buyer can refuse to accept the item and/or immediately notify Eurolink OÜ customer service at eurolink@eurolink.ee.

2.6 Withdrawal from the sales contract and return of goods

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods. The right to withdraw from the sales contract does not apply to additional costs selected in the e-shop resulting from the Buyer’s preferred delivery method.

In case of withdrawal from the contract of sale, the goods must be intact and returned in a complete set with all accessories and original packaging (protective films must not be removed).

Special order items cannot be returned; these products are marked separately as “special order.”

In case of the return of used or incomplete goods, the Seller has the right not to satisfy the Buyer’s withdrawal request or offset the cost of the decrease in the value of the goods from the purchase amount returned to the Buyer.

If the Buyer does not return the goods within 14 days from the day of submitting the withdrawal statement, the Seller has the right not to satisfy the withdrawal statement.

The desire to return the goods and the withdrawal from the sales contract can be reported to customer service based on the application sent by e-mail to the address eurolink@eurolink.ee.

When withdrawing from the sales contract, the goods can be returned to the Eurolink OÜ shop at Mustamäe tee 6b, Tallinn. The Buyer must cover the direct costs of returning the goods. If the condition of the Goods deteriorates, the Buyer is responsible for the decrease in value.

The purchase amount will be returned within 14 days after the returned item has arrived back to the Seller. EUROLINK OÜ returns the funds using the same payment method the Buyer used when making the payment. In the case of a payment made by credit card, a transaction cancellation request has to be submitted to the card payment center.

  1. Principles of data protection and processing

3.1 The Seller guarantees the Buyer’s data, incl. following the terms of the privacy policy for the protection and use of personal data. The Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees with the terms of the privacy policy. Based on the current legislation and the provisions of the privacy policy, the Seller, without the consent of the Buyer, has the right to process data (including personal data) to the extent necessary for use in the e-shop, to fulfill the sales contract or to ensure the fulfillment of the sales contract. Among other things, the Seller has the right to send the buyer notifications related to the use of e-shop services, incl. e-mails, the sending of which is in the interests of the security of e-store users; to store the order data of the Buyer logged in to the e-shop for better customer service and transaction verification, including incomplete order information within a reasonable period of time.

3.2 If the Buyer has given consent to the use of data for marketing purposes when concluding a client agreement or otherwise (for example, in self-service), the Seller is allowed to use these data under the conditions specified in the privacy policy, including for direct marketing, campaigns and discounts on services and goods in electronic form (for example, by e-mails or SMS).

3.3 The Buyer has the right to withdraw consent to the use of his data for marketing purposes at any time by sending a corresponding e-mail to the Seller or to refuse further direct marketing offers by following the instructions sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address.

  1. Liability and dispute resolution

4.1 The consumer has the right to make a dispute claim to the seller within 1 (one) year from the delivery date of the goods in case of the defection of goods that do not comply with the terms of the contract (defective goods). The claim must be filed immediately but no later than within 2 (two) weeks from the defect’s discovery date. The consumer must keep the faulty product and not use it.

4.2 In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contractual conditions, the Buyer may rely on legal remedies provided for by law, including to demand the repair or replacement of the goods or the termination of the sales contract and the return of the goods that did not comply with the requirements.

4.3 Eurolink OÜ is not responsible for: damage to the goods due to the Buyer’s fault, for defects resulting from improper use of the goods, or for physical wear and tear of the goods during everyday use.

4.4 To solve the following tasks, the Buyer must keep the purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) confirming that the goods were purchased in the seller’s online store. The seller/support representative has the right to leave the problem unresolved in the absence of purchase documents.

4.5 Claims related to goods purchased in the online store can be submitted in the online store of Eurolink OÜ, Mustamäe teë 6b, Tallinn, at the e-mail address: eurolink@eurolink.ee.

4.6 The defect of the goods must be indicated when submitting a claim. If it is necessary to send the goods to a diagnostic center or to specialists to determine the nature and cause of the malfunction, the Seller and the Buyer create an agreement for the maintenance and repair of the item.

4.7 The resolution of product defects is based on the conditions for submitting claims of Eurolink OÜ, which are an integral part of the sales contract and these purchase conditions and which the Buyer has agreed upon before concluding the sales contract.

4.8 The Seller guarantees that the goods sold in the online store comply with the standards in force in the European Union. Therefore, circumstances related to EU standards are not a defect.

4.10. The user has the right to contact an independent expert, the Consumer Protection and Technical Supervision Agency at Endla 10A, Tallinn 10122, e-mail: info@ttja.ee. The Commission for Consumer Disputes considers disagreements arising from the contract concluded between the consumer and the entrepreneur, which the parties could not resolve on their own.   1. Other conditions

5.1 Product images are illustrative.

5.2 Prices and availability of goods may change without notice. In this case, Eurolink OÜ reserves the right to cancel the sales transaction and return the money to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days.

5.3 Eurolink OÜ e-shop reserves the right to cancel the sale if any of the following problems have occurred with the goods: human error when entering the price or a technical error in the system.

5.4 Product information is checked and improved regularly. However, due to the inadequacy of the manufacturers’ data handling, there may be inaccuracies in the product information of the Eurolink OÜ e-store. In this case, the Eurolink OÜ e-shop does not take responsibility for the correctness of the product data. However, we recommend that before making a purchase, if possible, check the accuracy of the product information on our customer service phone +372 6997850.
